   This darling 1920s Arts & Crafts Bungalow has been restored on three separate occasions by three different owners. The latest, Judy Jerome, also designed the incredible cottage garden. Flowers flow through her yard, in and around paths and outdoor art. If one wants to relax, this is the place to perch.   Ms. Jerome purchased her home in 2001, sight unseen. She had contacted a Realtor asking that a bungalow be located for her. Several days later this delightful place came on the market and she bought it. Since she lived in California and was working, she was not able to see her "new" old house for almost a year. Once she moved in the work began. After two years she has this little charmer looking like a showplace to set off her numerous antiques, and postcard and Fiesta ware collections. If anyone deserves a pat on the back and a big "THANK YOU," it's Ms. Jerome for her beautification efforts--both inside and out.
