   What a dump! But what bones!! That's what people thought when passing this
boarded-up desolate house of ill repute. It wasn't until Harper Hill, a visionary,
decided to step in and restructure this shabby old lady. And restructure he did!
   After over a year of intense design and labor, the building and its adjacent guest
house were complete. Harper, Travis, carpenters, painters, plumbers, and electricians
turned a once glum shabby eyesore into a glowing office space. Hardwood floors
throughout, original woodwork, room to roam, this project has improved downtown DeLand. 
   Thanks to Harper and his men, his gift to DeLand is immeasurable.
